🏛️ Government
Ankeny officials say the rezoning application to allow Walmart in a residential area is on hold after a draft traffic survey submitted on April 1 shows the project requires major signage and turning lane changes—residents have voiced concerns about increased traffic, noise and light pollution as the study awaits further revisions with no set timeline.
