- ➤ Farmers in Polk City report that rising H-2A visa fees now include a $250 integrity fee which pushes each worker’s cost to $1,350, nearly $600 more than two years ago & many farmers say they may need to shrink operations to remain profitable. The Farm Bureau notes that companies with 20-worker contracts have seen fees jump over 127% while longer processing times are deepening labor shortages & forcing tougher staffing decisions. WHO 13
